I love to make handmade gifts and crafts with my kids. I paint those little hands, feet, fingers and/or toes, and make fun arts and crafts on the regular. Check out this adorable handmade mistletoe that you can frame or wrap as a gift. This is a pretty simple Christmas craft that you can make with your children and keep the tradition going for years to come. You can even compare how much they have grown each year if you put them side by side and see the difference in the foot size!
All you need to make the mistletoes is a canvas, green paint, and a crayon or marker. I wrote the kids' names and year on the back of the canvas. You could even use red ribbon and tie it into a bow instead of drawing it! This is an awesome keepsake and gift for the grandparents. This will be tradition in our house until the kids are no longer interested in doing them!
Have you tried this craft before? How did it turn out for you?
